This is a slab on grade 18,000 sf center in Central Park, Virginia. The new facility is targeted towards a small restaurant and other small retailers. The design provides panache that will catch the eye as shoppers drive around the curve of the front street.

The building went smoothly through the permitting process and was completed by August, 2006, for a construction cost of $1,800,000. There were no change orders on this project and in fact, there were contractor and owner initiated credits on this project!
