In March of this year, Waldon Studio had the honor of receiving the "2008 Small Business of the Year" Award from the Baltimore Washington Chamber of Commerce!  It was quite a surprise for Ravi as he heard our name announced at the annual awards banquet.  The award goes to the firm with "notable contributions and achievements in business and service within the Baltimore Washington Corridor".  Thank you, BWCC!





On April 30th of this year, Waldon Studio followed up the "2008 Small Business of the Year" Award with the "2008 Project of the Year" Award for Central Presbyterian Church in Towson, Maryland.  This award was given by the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC), Baltimore Region.  WSA is extremely grateful for this award since it is from the contractors who bring our buildings from design to reality.  All of the many hands that touched this project deserve a share of this award.  Thank you, ABC!


WSA was the recipient of the AIA-CBC's 2009 Citation Award for Architectural Excellence for the Northside Christian Church project.  The project was teamed with Visioneering Studios of Irvine, CA.  WSA's team included Kirk Guillory, Sujit Mishra, Titilayo Ayodele, and Calvin McCargo.  Not only did the project win a design award, it was completed in REVIT software and had a very low change order rate attesting to the good quality of work.
