FIRST MOUNT OLIVE FREE WILL BAPTIST CHURCH
Baltimore, Maryland

Waldon Studio Architects designed and is developing construction documents for this 47,000 SF, $10 million facility.  The historic building was struck by lightning an burned in July 2007.  WSA expedited the design so that construction on parts of the work started the same year WSA was brought on board.  The facade was redesigned with modern materials and forms while the remaining administration building was renovated.  A new media-oriented, 1,200-seat worship space was added that captures the blend of new with a sense of the church's heritage.

MD State Highway Administration is a Silver LEED certified project under construction in the Frederick area.  Totaling $40 million in construction cost for two separate pavilions (I-70 Eastbound and I-70 Westbound), the buildings incorporate indigenous materials to borrow some of the natural beauty of the western Maryland landscape.

Waldon Studio Architects is in the process of developing schematic designs for Huber Memorial Church.  This facility will be the largest church construction project in Baltimore during the time it is being built.

Waldon Studio is in design development for The Children's Inn in Bethesda, Maryland.  The non-profit facility accommodates families whose children are visiting the National Institute of Health for treatment.
